After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bountiful, Viewmont was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Alta Hawks get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. This was a revenge game for Viewmont: when they faced off against Alta back in August, they had to take a 1-1 loss.

Lucy Morris was the driving force of Viewmont's attack as she scored both of Viewmont's goals, bringing her season total up to three goals.

Viewmont has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-9 record this season. As for Alta, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Viewmont is set to take on their familiar foe Olympus at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Alta will face off against rival Skyline at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
