Even though the Sierra Pacific Golden Bears have not done well against the Hanford West Huskies recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Sierra Pacific took down Hanford West 79-60. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Fabian Garcia continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double on 18 points and nine rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Parry, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds.
The win makes it two in a row for Sierra Pacific and bumps their season record up to 16-12. As for Hanford West, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-17.
Sierra Pacific does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hanford West also has no future games currently scheduled.
