The Shadow Mountain Matadors's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their third straight loss. They were outmatched by Westwood on the road  and fell  59-25. Shadow Mountain lost against Westwood in their previous head to head  back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the  72-6 score last time.
 Shadow Mountain's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Sy'nai Ajayi, who  scored 7 points.
 Shadow Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Westwood, they now  have a winning record of 2-1.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shadow Mountain will take on Lee Williams at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for Westwood, they will look to defend their home court  on Wednesday against Boulder Creek at 7:00  p.m.
