It was all tied up at the half for Mead and Ferris on Friday, but Mead stepped up in the second half. Mead came out on top against Ferris with a 21-13. That result was just more of the same for Mead, who also won the last time these teams played.
The victory bumped Mead's record up to 2-1. The loss dropped Ferris' record to 2-1.
Next week Mead take on North Central at 5:00 PM. As for Ferris, they will face off against Lewis & Clark.
