Walter Johnson won the last time they faced Richard Montgomery and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wildcats blew past the Rockets 17-7. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by ten runs or more this season.

Walter Johnson's win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Richard Montgomery, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Coming up, Walter Johnson will challenge Magruder on Thursday. As for Richard Montgomery, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clarksburg on the 22nd.
