After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Llano, Comanche was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 42-14 victory over the Eastland Mavericks. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Mavericks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Comanche's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Eastland, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
