The Stingarees really took it to the Indians for the full four quarters, racking up  a  34-7 win. The Stingarees might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by 25  points or more this season.
 Texas City pushed their record up to 4-2 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. Those  road  wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 39.3 points over those games. As for Lamar Consolidated, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
