Loris is on a three-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Manning is on a five-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Loris Lions will take on the Manning Monarchs at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Manning took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Loris, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Loris made easy work of Georgetown and carried off a 31-7 victory. The result was nothing new for Loris, who have now won three games by 24 points or more so far this season.
Meanwhile, Manning was the victim of a rough 47-22 defeat at the hands of Dillon on Friday.
Loris' victory on Friday bumped their record up to 5-2. Having lost for the first time this season, Manning fell to 7-1.
