There's no place like home for the White County Warriors, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against Lumpkin County by a score of 50-38 on Friday. This was payback for White County, who suffered a 49-46 defeat the last time these two teams met.
White County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kylie Watkins led the charge by scoring 20 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Watkins has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Aaliyah Anderson, who scored 12 points.
White County's victory bumped their record up to 18-7. As for Lumpkin County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-16.
