The Fox Tech Buffaloes lost against Canyon Lake back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Fox Tech took a 47-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of Canyon Lake. Fox Tech has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Fox Tech still got an impressive performance from Amaryon Thompson, who scored 18 points. Anthony Reyes was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with six assists.
Fox Tech has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season. As for Canyon Lake, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-10.
Fox Tech will take on Lee Academy of Science & Engineering in a holiday battle at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday at. Canyon Lake will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Bastrop at 6:00 p.m. on December 15th. Bastrop is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
