After three games on the road, Follett is heading back home. They will take on the Miami Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Follett focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Friday.
After only 24 points in their last game, Follett made sure to put some points up on the board against Lefors. Everything went Follett's way against Lefors as Follett made off with a 60-34 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Follett has posted against Lefors since December 11, 2020.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Follett to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kambri Braley, who scored 23 points along with five assists and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Braley has scored all season. Kimber Wheatley was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with three steals.
Miami suffered their biggest loss yet this season two weeks ago. They were outmatched by McLean on the road and fell 75-28. While losing is never fun, Miami can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1069th, while McLean is ranked 361st).
Follett is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. As for Miami, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
Follett couldn't quite finish off Miami when the teams last played back in December of 2023 and fell 41-38. Will Follett have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
