The WestSide Renegades scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past River View 64-37 on the road. The win was familiar territory for WestSide who now have seven in a row.
Several Raiders players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kaci Hatfield, who scored nine points along with five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Abigail Pruitt, who scored six points along with eight rebounds and four blocks.
WestSide's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for River View, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. WestSide will square off against Independence at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. WestSide is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. As for River View, they will head out on the road to take on James Monroe at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
