Softball Game Preview: Ingram Moore Warriors vs. Florence Buffaloes

For the second straight game, Ingram Moore will face off against Florence. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Buffaloes at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Ingram Moore has seven straight victories, Florence has six straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Kylie Traub was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in February. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 4-for-5.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jaycee Crawley, who went 2-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. McKenna McClintock was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-5.
