The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Maroon Knights considering their two-run performance the  game before.
 Port Byron's victory was  their seventh straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 17-2. Those  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Frankfort-Schuyler, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-10 record  this season.
