Thunderbird won the last time they faced Moon Valley and things went their way on Tuesday too. Thunderbird put the hurt on Moon Valley with a sharp 11-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Titans, who have now won six games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Thunderbird let Austin Coates and Adam Gauthier run wild. Coates scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1, while Gauthier scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was Andrew Cohill, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Thunderbird always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .517. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matches.

Thunderbird's victory bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Moon Valley, they dropped their record down to 3-5 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
