North Central I recap November 13, 2013
Middletown extended the longest winning streak in North Central I this week by beating Lower Lake, 49-7. This was the team's ninth consecutive win.
Kelseyville led the league in scoring this week by notching 58 points on Willits.
St. Helena's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Saints feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jack Preston has thrown for 833 yards and 7 touchdowns this season, while Gatlin Blakeley has 30 catches for 516 yards.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when St. Helena takes on the Knights. The Saints are in second place, while Kelseyville is in third place.
Fort Bragg made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,486 from 11,711. The advance stemmed from a 28-22 victory over Clear Lake last week.
