Apex Friendship barely beat Panther Creek the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Apex Friendship put the hurt on Panther Creek with a sharp  14-4 victory on Tuesday. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by eight  runs or more this season.
The team  relied heavily on  India Matute, who  scored three  runs while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Makenzie Spero, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-2.
 Matute wasn't the only one working in the  hit department: Apex Friendship  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least nine  hits in five consecutive  games.
Apex Friendship pushed their record up to 7-2 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Panther Creek, their  defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-3.
