For the first time this season, Memorial was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Liberty-Benton Eagles finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Thursday.

Ellianna Weigel and Claire Turner scored both of Memorial's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

With that draw, Memorial's record moves to 1-0-1. Meanwhile, Liberty-Benton's record is now 1-1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Memorial will venture away from home to take on Bath at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Memorial's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Liberty-Benton, they are taking a road trip to challenge Oak Harbor at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.
