On Friday, The Community Christian Cyclones faced the Bethel Christian Academy Trojans in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Community Christian put the hurt on Bethel Christian Academy with a sharp 28-6 win. Considering Community Christian has won three games by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Community Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bailey Bunn, who rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown. Another player making a difference was Stephen Edwards, who rushed for 49 yards and two touchdowns.
Community Christian now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Bethel Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
