Even though Vision scored an imposing 55 points on Friday, the Notus Pirates still came out on top. Notus snuck past the with a 60-55 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Notus.
Vision's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kamden Stoker, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Grady Walo, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 14 rebounds.
Notus is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Vision, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.
Notus will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Raiders at 7:30 p.m. Rimrock is no doubt hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
