Leading Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family to victory were Easton Baumgart and Owen Kurtenbach. Baumgart scored 12 points along with seven assists and five rebounds, while Kurtenbach scored 14 points along with seven steals. Baumgart is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games he's played. Another player making a difference was Gavin Groteluschen, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds.
The win (which was Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family's fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-6. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points per game. As for Neligh-Oakdale, they bumped their record down to 1-12 with that defeat, which was their 13th straight at home.

Hopefully Oakland-Craig focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 last Tuesday. As for Neligh-Oakdale, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Holt at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Holt presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Neligh-Oakdale in Nebraska (West Holt is ranked 108th, while Neligh-Oakdale is ranked 251st).
