Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Community Baptist Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Parker Hawes, who scored 11 points. The game was Hawes' third in a row with at least ten points. Kade Hunt was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Community Baptist Christian pushed their record up to 4-0 with that win, which was their third straight at home. As for Immanuel Baptist, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
Community Baptist Christian will head out on the road to face off against Fostoria Baptist Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Michigan (Fostoria Baptist Academy is ranked 177th, while Community Baptist Christian is ranked 199th). As for Immanuel Baptist, they will be playing at home against Fellowship Baptist Academy at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
