Foard got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Davoney Dellinger out in front who scored 23 points along with two steals. Dellinger is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Jessica Bailey, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 15 rebounds.
North Lincoln has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-5 record this season. As for Foard, they pushed their record up to 11-4 with that win, which was their third straight at home.
North Lincoln will head out on the road to face off against West Iredell at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. West Iredell is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Foard, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hickory at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in North Carolina (Hickory is ranked 157th, while Foard is ranked 136th).
