Shepard had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Downers Grove North Trojans. Considering the Astros have won eight matchups by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
