Nolan Edwards gave up the fewest walks he has since back in April on Wednesday. He was unstoppable, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits. He has become a key player for Putnam: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 6-11 otherwise.
