Last Saturday, Rush-Henrietta was able to grind out a solid win over Mendon, taking the game 67-54. That looming 67-54 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Rush-Henrietta yet this season.
Jalen Taggart continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 31 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Jahquin Brown was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with 11 rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, Fairport put the finishing touches on their third blowout victory of the season on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 75-43 victory over Franklin at home. 75 seems to be a good number for Fairport as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.
Rush-Henrietta now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Fairport, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.
