The Orme Warriors will head out on the road to square off against American Heritage Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Orme focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 on Friday.
Orme posted their closest victory yet this season on Friday. They had just enough and edged BASIS - Prescott out 33-31. The win made it back-to-back wins for Orme.
It was another big night for Bartek Kreglewski, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds. That's the first time this season that he pulled down eight or more rebounds. Preston Tisi was another key contributor, scoring four points along with 11 rebounds and four steals.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to American Heritage Academy, who are still winless after their seventh match. They were beaten by Tri City Prep 47-19 on Tuesday.
The victory got Orme back to even at 5-5. As for American Heritage Academy, they bumped their record down to 0-7 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.
Everything came up roses for Orme against American Heritage Academy in their previous matchup back in January of 2023 as the squad secured a 68-27 victory. With Orme ahead 47-16 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
