Almira-Coulee-Hartline's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Naomi Molitor led the charge by scoring 14 points. Another player making a difference was Beth Okamoto, who scored 12 points.
When it comes to explaining why Odessa lost, one person who can't be blamed is Hayden Schuh. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds. That was a full 55.9% of Odessa's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
