Given Elizabeth Seton's advantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked fifth in Maryland, while Maret is ranked 40th in District of Columbia), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Wakefield has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 31 points or more this season. They blew past Enloe, posting a 82-3 win at home. That 82-3 margin sets a new team best for Wakefield this season.
