Briar Woods had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 11-run drubbing they dealt Westfield on Saturday. Briar Woods never let Westfield get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. The matchup marked the Falcons' most dominant win of the season so far.

Briar Woods is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. This is the second loss in a row for Westfield and nudges their season record down to 3-3.
