The Nandua Warriors's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Brunswick Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on December 28th.
Last Wednesday, Nandua came up short against Northampton and fell 65-54. While losing is never fun, Nandua can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 267th, while Northampton is ranked 118th).
Meanwhile, Brunswick was able to grind out a solid victory over Amelia County on Thursday, taking the game 52-43. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Brunswick.
Nandua's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Brunswick, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
Nandua might still be hurting after the 67-47 loss they got from Brunswick when the teams last played back in February of 2022. Can Nandua avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
