Honoka'a took an ego-bruising defeat against Konawaena two weeks ago, but they kept their chin up and bounced back last Friday. Honoka'a secured a 14-9 W over Hawaii Prep. The win was a breath of fresh air for Honoka'a as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Kea'au, and their contest last Saturday only extended their streak of losses to three. They have to be aching after a bruising 13-42 loss to Hilo last Saturday.
