Bermudian Springs has gone 8-1 against Hanover recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Eagles will challenge the Nighthawks at 4:15 p.m. Bermudian Springs will be looking to extend their current 11-game winning streak.
If Bermudian Springs beats Hanover with eight runs on Wednesday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two games with that exact score. The Eagles blew past York County Tech 8-2 on Tuesday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by six runs or more this season.

Skyler Gentzler looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five).
On the hitting side, Bermudian Springs let Dylan Hubbard and Cal Chubb run wild. Hubbard went 2-for-4 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI, while Chubb got on base in all four of his plate appearances with four stolen bases and two runs. Those four stolen bases gave Hubbard a new career-high. Nate Keller also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.
Meanwhile, Hanover was able to grind out a solid victory over Susquenita on Monday, taking the game 9-5.
Chase Foreman tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over 6.1 innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Hanover is 3-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 2-8 otherwise.
At the plate, Tim Wagaman was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Hanover is 3-1 when Wagaman posts two or more runs, but 2-8 otherwise. Carver Alvarez was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one run.
Bermudian Springs' win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Hanover, their record is now 5-9.
Bermudian Springs took their win against Hanover in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 19-4 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
