Northwood Temple Academy let Landon Kay and Jaden Vogt run wild. Kay has become a key player for Northwood Temple Academy: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 3-6 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Lathen Hairr, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with three runs and one stolen base.

Alonzo Webster was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.
Webster wasn't the only one making solid contact as two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Graysen Stafford, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.
Freedom Christian Academy's record now sits at 18-5. As for Northwood Temple Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-7.
Tuesday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Northwood Temple Academy has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .451. However, it's not like Freedom Christian Academy struggles in that department as they've averaged .462. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
