In what's become a running theme this season, Nouvel Catholic Central gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They took their contest at home with ease, bagging a 83-50 win over Caro. Given Nouvel Catholic Central's advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 143rd, while Caro is ranked 307th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
The victory got Valley Lutheran back to even at 8-8. As for Nouvel Catholic Central, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-4.
