Glenwood had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Beulah Bobcats 71-45 on Friday. The Gators have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 20 points or more this season.
Glenwood's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jadarian Holloway, who went 8 of 11 en route to 21 points in addition to seven assists and seven rebounds. With that strong performance, Holloway is now averaging an impressive 15.2 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Sykes, who went 5 for 9 on his way to 17 points along with eight boards and six assists.
