The R Red Jacket's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 43-34 to South Seneca/Romulus, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. If R hoped to take revenge for the 57-40 defeat against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
Several Red Jacket players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Hunter Finnick, who scored seven points along with six rebounds and three steals. Truman Hill was another key contributor, scoring four points along with ten rebounds and four blocks.
R's loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-9. As for South Seneca/Romulus, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
R will look to defend their home court on Friday against Bloomfield at 7:00 p.m. South Seneca/Romulus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
