Livingston Academy's defeat ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 9-8. As for Stone Memorial, they pushed their record up to 15-8 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
Livingston Academy came up short against the Panthers in their previous meeting back in January, falling 65-58. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Stone Memorial's Cade Capps, who scored 29 points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
