While Harrison Central put up some runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Bellaire. The Huskies blew past the Big Reds 9-0. The result was nothing new for the Huskies, who have now won 11 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Harrison Central has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Bellaire, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Harrison Central will square off against Oak Glen at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Golden Bears will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Huskies surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bellaire, they will challenge Indian Creek at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Redskins have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.12 runs per game on average), something the Big Reds will no doubt try to take advantage of.
