After flying high against Littleton last Friday, Eagle Valley came back down to earth. The Eagle Valley Devils took a 28-23 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Conifer Lobos. Despite the loss, Eagle Valley still got an impressive performance from Keaden Lake, who rushed for 66 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 95 receiving yards. Colter Blakey was another key signal caller, throwing for 218 yards and two touchdowns.
Eagle Valley wouldn't let Conifer keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. It was truly a group effort as ANTHONY EHLERT, Nathan Leeper, and James Bivins picked up one apiece.
