The Brock Eagles will be playing at home against the Dunbar Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Brock is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.
Brock is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Bridgeport: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Eagles blew the Bulls out of the water with a 69-0 final score. Fans of the Eagles have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Holt Frazier produced another solid effort throwing for 206 yards and five touchdowns on only 13 passes. He has been hot, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last five times he's played. Colt Matlock was in the mix as well, providing Brock with two TDs.
Special teams also played a big role in the game for Brock, adding 15 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Jett Kerr, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
Another reason for the win was Brock's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks. The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess: Waylon Winfrey and Karsen Sullivan, who each picked up two sacks apiece. Braeden Ray got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Dunbar duked it out with Glen Rose on Thursday. The Wildcats lost 43-20 to the Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 720th, while the Tigers are ranked 351st).
Brock will have to contain Marcus McDade as he made an impact in Dunbar's last game. He rushed for 96 yards and one score, and also threw for 151 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Kamron Lloyd was another key player, gaining 97 total yards and a touchdown.
Brock's record is now 10-0. As for Dunbar, their record now sits at 4-6.
Thursday's game might be decided on the ground. Brock has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 222.6 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Dunbar struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 244.8 rushing yards. There's a good chance Thursday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground. Come back here after the game to get an analysis of the match and other football content.
