The Tabernacle Christian Ram suffered their biggest defeat since December 8, 2023 on Friday. They suffered a tough 78-58 loss at the hands of New Manna Christian. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Tabernacle Christian in their matchups with New Manna Christian: they've now lost six in a row.
Leading New Manna Christian to victory were Micah Wagner and A J Goode. Wagner scored 25 points, while Goode scored 28 points. Wagner is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last six games he's played. Cannon Stamey was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Tabernacle Christian's defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-12. As for New Manna Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tabernacle Christian will take on Abundant Life Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for New Manna Christian, New Manna Christian and Bethel Christian Academy will face off at 5:00 p.m. on February 1st without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
