Ferris were able to grind out a solid win over Lake City on Friday, winning 31-22. The success made it back-to-back wins for Ferris.
The victory bumped Ferris' record up to 2-0. Lake City are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Next week Ferris take on Mead at 8:00 PM. Lake City are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Lakeland at 7:00 PM.
