Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bay City). They put the hurt on the Sweeny Bulldogs with a sharp 21-6 victory on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Blackcats as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Felicity Lara and Ameryce Jacques did most of the damage at the plate: Lara went 3-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and three runs, while Jacques went 3-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs.
