Skousen is becoming a predictor of St. Johns' success: when he posts  at  least two  runs the team is undefeated (and 7-11-1 when he doesn't).
 In other batting news,  T Platt was  incredible,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double. He has become a key player for St. Johns: the team is undefeated when he posts  at  least  two  runs, but 4-11-1 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of  McKray Johnson, who  went 2-for-3 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  RBI.
 St. Johns  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .645. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an  OBP of .500 or higher in five consecutive  matchups.
The  win  got St. Johns back to even at 11-11-1. As for Northland Prep Academy,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 6-6.
 St. Johns didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  a  4-1  victory against Mogollon on the 22nd. As for Northland Prep Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  contest,  a  17-6  defeat against Tuba City on the 23rd.
