For the first time since back in December of 2023, the Irvington Vikings were forced to settle for a draw on Wednesday. They and American finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw.

With that draw, Irvington's record moves to 5-9-2. Meanwhile, American's record is now 9-9-3.
Irvington will head out on the road to take on Kennedy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Kennedy's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for American, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Mission San Jose at 6:00 p.m. American is facing Mission San Jose at the right time seeing as Mission San Jose is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
