A Season-Best Effort from Antonio Washington Leads Bell over Mckinley Tech
Bell was led to victory by Antonio Washington, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Washington rushed for 251 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per carry, and also threw for 22 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 80 yards.
McKinley Tech had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Washington it was a similar story. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Washington saw the Trainers), he rushed for 115 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries.
