Softball Recap: Payette Comes Up Short

After flying high against Vision on Tuesday, Payette came back down to earth. The Pirates lost 11-1 to the Union Bobcats on Thursday.

Payette's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Payette will square off against Emmett at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Union will be paying especially close attention to the Pirates' game: after the Pirates face off against Fruitland, they'll take on Union again at 2:00 p.m. on April 10.
