Flagler/Hi-Plains had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Walsh 62-25. This was the first game for both teams, giving Flagler/Hi-Plains a 1-0 record and starting Walsh off at 0-1.
Flagler/Hi-Plains will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Edison at Flagler at 7:00 PM. As for Walsh, they will face off against Cheraw.
