That result was just more of the same for these two, as Campo Verde also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Kelsey Watts was the offensive standout of the matchup as she scored 23 points along with 9 rebounds and 7 steals. Kdynce Parks was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Campo Verde's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Desert Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
